Requirements:

Clear criminal record

Grade 12 / Equivalent

Own reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license

Staff management experience (IR & HR Related; BCEA Understanding)

Able to work with and manage diverse groups of people & clients

Work well under pressure & adherence to deadlines

Manage and impliment relevant policies and procedures

Cost and expense management

Productivity Management

Ensure compliance and adherence to Occupational Health & Safety and implimentation of relevant procedures

Set of daily / weekly / monthly targets

Computer literate (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Good client relations skills & able to build trust relationships

Administrative Skills & Staff Training Experience

In depth chemical & cleaning equipment knowlegde

Contactable references

Industrial / Warehouse cleaning experience beneficial (procedures; chemicals; MSDS et)
